Lucio Urtubia, born in Navarra, today lives in Paris, retired. He has been witness and actor of several historical events of the second half of the 20th century. He lived from inside the phenomenon of the May, 1968, He supported the beginning of Castro’s regime, He took part in all kinds of antifrancoist activities. He managed to defraud the First National Bank (Now Citibank) 20 million Euros of the epoch, to invest the money in reasons in which he believed. Amazingly, his “career” has cost him only a few months of jail.
